1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PairedM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who We Are

PairedM is an Islamic matrimonial introduction service operating in the United Kingdom. We connect Muslim singles through a coordinator-supported, Sharia-compliant process designed by our Board of Islamic Scholars.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into marriage.
• You must be Muslim and seeking a marriage partner in accordance with Islamic principles.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information about yourself.
• You must not be currently married (unless permitted and disclosed where legally allowed).

4. Registration & Accounts

Registration is free. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

5. Pay-As-You-Go Fees

PairedM operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. Meeting fees are charged per supervised meeting as advertised on our site. Sisters pay no fees at any stage. All fees are non-refundable once a meeting has been scheduled with a coordinator.

6. Member Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully and in accordance with Islamic etiquette at all times. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication.
• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your identity.
• Sharing personal contact details before Level 3 meetings.
• Using the Service for purposes other than seeking marriage.
• Uploading unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.

7. Coordinators & Meetings

A trained coordinator attends every Level 1–3 meeting. Meetings cannot commence without their presence. Coordinators are independent facilitators; they do not guarantee a match.

8. No Guarantee of Marriage

PairedM facilitates introductions. We do not guarantee a successful match, engagement, or nikah. Compatibility and the ultimate decision to marry rests entirely with the members involved and their families.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, Islamic etiquette, or applicable law, without prior notice and without refund of unused fees.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, text, images, scholar videos — is the property of PairedM or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PairedM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including disputes between members.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
